I started using Asana way back when they first launched and I really, really, really, wanted it to be the end-all solution. I’ve returned to it a number of times over the years but I always seem to fall away.
I think part of the problem is that it is very enterprisey feeling. Its data focused rather than visual and while they’ve added kanban boards more recently they (unlike AirTable) don’t allow one to view tasks in either way – you have to choose one or the other for each task.
